For nearly 50 years Sky has stayed true to working with high elevation vineyards and making Zinfandel that’s built for the cellar. 100% Zin grown at a whopping 2,100 feet ASL, the wine greets you with a nose of wild mountain berry fruits tempered by hints of grilled herbs and spice. Rich brambleberry and sweet cherry flavors caress the palate with classic peppery notes, all on the way to smooth velvety finish supported by fresh acids and cool minerality. A beautiful Zin that showcases all of the grape’s many attributes.
This is just how we like our Grenache, with just enough age to showcase the varietal’s almost Pinot-like complexity alongside its youthful brambly fruit. Great winemaking together with the Paso Westsides limestone soil makes it all possible! Dark crimson in color, a nose of raspberry, grilled herbs and spice leads to a silky palate of rich brambly fruits and nuances of roasted meat and pepper. 6% Petite Sirah brings just the right touch of structure. The finish is long with a sublime combination of bracing acidity and fine-grained tannin, ideal for pairing with your favorite barbecue dishes.
A four-barrel selection that sees extended aging prior to release, this is textbook Paso Robles Zinfandel, bursting at the seams with dark, briary fruit and a rich, velvety mouthfeel. 100% Zin from the Wilson Ranch Vineyard, the wine has aged beautifully to reveal heightened complexities of worn leather, cooking spices, and herbs together with the dark, juicy flavors that make Zinfandel such a pleasure to drink. The wine’s balance makes for stellar food pairing as well, particularly with barbecued meats.

Winemaker Tom Fitzpatrick is well versed with crafting complex, ageworthy Pinot, having worked with Domaine Hubert Lignier in Burgundy prior to setting up shop in the Dundee Hills. This ethereal wine offers a perfume of pomegranate and strawberries with hints of mineral and tea, leading to a silky palate of raspberries and cherry skin flavors.
